Description:
This internal contest of the Technological Institute and Higher Studies of the West (iteso) consisted of an intervention in the roundabout of La Minerva, which led us to develop an urban proposal aimed at all citizens preferring the latter over the car, without leaving it behind. side neither to him nor to the main means of urban mobility.
THE PROJECT:
Infographic center
Smog, plans, photos, plans and data on how the city and its surroundings have grown and evolved, where ZMG is going and tourist information, including a panoramic viewpoint.
Trade zone
bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping plaza.
Artistic and cultural area
Museum, galleries, cinema.
Natural aquarium
Lake with native marine species of Jalisco, diving areas, rental of rowing boats, swimming areas.
Boutique hotel
Lobby-bar, 10 rooms, restaurant.
Green areas
All areas are interconnected for greater mobility and flow of users.
Advantages:
The project serves as a catalyst for both people and the environment of our city since it would be a lake (49,050 m3) whose purpose would be to clean the GDL environment with the circulation of its waters, it would be filled with rainwater and with areas drainage so that the water is always in circulation, does not stagnate and complies with the cycle of returning to the earth.
And with its more than 16,000 m2 of new green areas, it would clean and generate oxygen and fresh air for our metropolis, these areas would also function as meeting areas on weekends, with areas for holding markets, concerts and celebrations.
