AD-VITAM  I developed the proposal, based on the needs of the clients, who requested 2 important points, one, to create a building closed to the street, and two, to create the design to later adapt the growth of the project towards the neighboring land, which also belongs.

On the ground floor a study with its own private terrace and a full bathroom is planned to also be used as a guest bedroom.
