Description:

This project began as a contest by invitation, in which 6 design and architecture offices participated, both from Guadalajara and the rest of the country.

COCO  Together with Alvarez Arquitectos, they were the winners of the project for their integration into the immediate environment, for the ability to adapt and the possibilities of flexibility that were achieved.

The building is divided into 4 zones, an area for commerce, another for integration with the Small Executive Hotel, one more for office spaces and finally an area for a Penthouse with views over the city.
