Description:

Objectives of the project:

1.Use containers where possible

maritime containers

2.Sustainable and harmonious construction with the

environment.

3.Highlight the use of Steel, Glass, Concrete,

Bricks.

4.Large windows.

These were some of the main points that the client of this project requested.

ENVIRONMENT

The land is flanked on its 4 sides, and by adding the legal restrictions for construction on this specific land, it only leaves us a small area for entry, and with it the main view of the project. So we take advantage of this locked-in situation in favor of the project itself.

ENCLOSED

The small access area is proposed mainly for the location of the entrance and for the garage planned for 3 cars, but which at the same time connects with the free area of the interior, thus creating a fluid and wide space, and thus counterattack. the natural enclosure of the land. The service areas were separated and all of them were housed in the same axis to free up space.

CONTAINER Based on maritime containers, the second floor is built to generate open areas and double heights inside. The recycling culture is applied in this project to give the final shape to it and reduce project costs.

CONNECTION

The garage also functions as a covered terrace, which is directly connected to the social area and the rear garden, creating total continuity throughout the project.

FUTURE GROWTH

The project contemplates the future growth of the construction to be necessary to increase the number of rooms and spaces if required by the owner in the future.
