Our client, a developer of projects for sale, commissioned us to design a house that meets all the market needs for its commercialization.

With a simple scheme to make the most of the areas, 2 levels were developed with the possibility of adding a roof garden on the third level.

​

In the access, two double-height sections are welcomed, the first level with a great height in its mezzanine. An open concept interior integrates the main areas, the living room, dining room and kitchen merge into the same space, giving great amplitude to this area that is directly linked to the minimalist rear terrace, attached to a studio-type bedroom on the ground floor with intimate privacy that turn can openconnecting virtuallyto join the group of this level.

 

On the second level, a TV room, and 3 bedrooms that connect to the double height entrance and to a large panoramic dome that covers the entire stair area. With the option of raising the panoramic dome to connect the third level with a view of the triple height, an interior room and terrace to extend the social life with kitchen, bar, living room, dining room and Jacuzzi, with views towards the mountains.

A composition of flexible rooms in the house adapts to the needs of the family. The main spaces play an important factor and are mostly open, resulting in a continuous space. The future triple-height zone connects the three levels and the roof garden, creating a simultaneous interaction between all the members.
